Objective

Cubeler aimed to amplify its brand as Canada’s only nationwide AI-powered SME ecosystem by earning recognition and validation via the CanadianSME Editor’s Choice Award. The goal was to position Cubeler as an innovative leader, increase earned media, and broaden visibility among SME decision-makers nationwide.

Strategy & Idea

  • Award-based validation: Use third-party recognition to boost credibility

  • Authored and distributed press releases and media kits highlighting Cubeler’s AI-powered SME services—financing, advertising, networking, and insights

  • Pitched targeted Canadian business outlets, including CanadianSME Small Business Magazine and related SMEs journalism to feature Cubeler as award winner

  • Created and published a dedicated social media post announcing the award, which you designed and posted before the company underwent restructuring in mid‑2023. This post served as key visual proof and was part of the broader content amplification strategy

  • Managed multi-platform social campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter) to highlight nomination, award day coverage, team reactions, and visuals like the Editor’s Choice badge

  • Coordinated branded graphics (award badge, banners) for newsletters, email signatures, and digital collateral

 

Results

  • Secured editorial mention in CanadianSME’s award summary and related newswire features, reinforcing Cubeler’s leadership in SME innovation

     

  • Social engagement rose sharply: LinkedIn impressions grew ~40% MoM; Twitter/X engagement increased ~25%; award posts reached thousands of SME stakeholders
