Cubeler Business Hub Launch (Canada)
Role: PR & Social Media Manager, Cubeler (Tenet Fintech Group Inc.)
Objective:
Cubeler aimed to establish a national presence as Canada’s first AI-driven ecosystem for SMEs. With nearly 5,000 pre-registrations already in place, the objective was to officially debut the Cubeler Business Hub across Canadian markets, raising awareness among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the press, and driving further platform adoption. The initiative sought to position Cubeler as a transformative force in B2B financing, networking, insights, and advertising.
Idea
To bolster Cubeler’s market entry, we envisioned a media and executive engagement campaign centered around one key element: thought leadership via visibility. By coordinating in-person interviews with C-suite executives at the Montreal head office on November 30th, 2022, we aimed to generate meaningful press coverage and amplify the platform’s value proposition through authentic voices. This approach underscored Cubeler’s mission to support SMEs with accessible, AI-enhanced tools.
Execution
- Managed and prepared the media briefing package, including press kits, executive bios, demo materials, and supporting visuals to clearly articulate Cubeler’s unique value across its four platform pillars—Financing, Insights, Advertising, and Networking.
- Coordinated a series of curated one-on-one interviews between local journalism outlets and Cubeler’s C-level leaders at their Montreal headquarters, ensuring streamlined scheduling, pre-interview prep, and seamless logistics.
- Organized an on-site media day, allowing journalists to experience the platform firsthand via live demos, capture executive commentary, and gather multimedia assets.
- Amplified the launch across Cubeler’s owned digital channels (email, LinkedIn, X, Instagram), sharing key quotes, platform features, visual teasers, and live updates to create cohesive multi-platform momentum.
Results
- The launch secured publication on major platforms such as The Globe and Mail, Newswire/Canadian etc. news outlets, raising Cubeler’s visibility in fintech and SME circles. The Newswire article underscored the AI-powered platform’s debut in Canada and detailed its core offerings.
- Digital channels saw measurable engagement increases: LinkedIn impressions rose by 35%, X/Twitter engagement climbed 20%, and inbound media inquiries nearly doubled in the weeks following launch.
- The interviews and coverage enhanced Cubeler’s credibility during early deployment, leading to increased pre-registrations post-launch (beyond the initial 5,000), strengthening platform momentum heading into 2023.
